1. Acceptance#
By installing or using TraderTape Wealth (the "Add-on"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on.
2. What the Add-on is#
A Google Sheets add-on that helps you record, consolidate, value, and plan your personal finances, and prepare estate/legacy information for your family and trustees. It is a software utility, not a financial institution, broker, adviser, or legal service.
3. Not investment, tax, or legal advice#
- The Add-on displays values, returns (e.g. XIRR), and projections for your convenience. These are informational only and are not investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The Provider is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser [confirm/adjust].
- Projections are hypothetical, based on assumptions you can edit, and are not guarantees of future results.
- The estate / legacy features help you organise and share information. They are not a will and do not effect any legal transfer. A nominee is not automatically the legal heir. Consult a qualified lawyer for estate planning and succession.
4. Data accuracy#
Prices, NAVs, and other market data come from third parties (AMFI, Google Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Imported statement data is parsed heuristically and may contain errors — you are shown a review step and are responsible for verifying it. Do not rely on the Add-on as your sole source of truth for financial decisions or claims.
5. The encrypted trustee report — your responsibilities#
- The Add-on encrypts your data in your browser and splits the key into shares. You are responsible for safely distributing and storing the encrypted file, the share cards, and the decryptor, and for keeping them current.
- If too many shares are lost, the report cannot be recovered — by design, neither the Provider nor anyone else holds a master key or backdoor.
- The Provider cannot access, recover, or reset your encrypted data, keys, or shares under any circumstances.
6. Your responsibilities#
You agree to: provide accurate information; keep your Google account and any shares secure; use the Add-on lawfully; and not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice or official statements.
7. Warranty disclaimer#
THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or preserved.
8. Limitation of liability#
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE ADD-ON — INCLUDING RELIANCE ON DISPLAYED DATA, PARSING ERRORS, OR INACCESSIBLE ENCRYPTED DATA. THE PROVIDER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ADD-ON IN THE [12] MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR [₹0] IF FREE). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Fees, licensing & refunds#

Marketplace does not process the payment; licensing is handled by the Provider.]
10. Termination#
You may stop using the Add-on and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Add-on, in whole or part, at any time. Sections 3–8 survive termination.
11. Changes#
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Effective date" reflects the latest version.
12. Governing law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION, e.g. India], and disputes are subject to the courts of [CITY / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
